SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - CBRE has appointed Stuart McCann as head of international capital, Pacific and Southeast Asia. He will take up the newly created role from Feb 3.

Based in Singapore, McCann will be responsible for facilitating cross-border real estate investments into the Pacific region, in addition to providing strategic advisory services, including capital raising and capital partnering services, for corporate and institutional investors in the Pacific and Southeast Asia regions, says CBRE.

McCann brings more than 15 years of experience, with a focus on Australia. Prior to this, he was at JLL as head of international capital, Australia, where he drove cross-border investment in Australia’s real estate market.

“Stuart’s wealth of experience and proven track record, particularly in the Pacific region that continues to attract offshore capital, will help grow the next phase of our Asia Pacific Capital Markets business,” comments Chris Ludeman, CBRE’s global president of capital markets.
