Businesses such as L’Oreal, Foodpanda and Riot Games will work from JustCo’s new co-working centres at OCBC Centre East and The Centrepoint once they open in August and October, respectively.

The three firms will house some 300 employees at the new spaces. Of that, L’Oreal will be housing its Travel Retail Asia Pacific employees at OCBC Centre East from the second half of 2020, so as to accommodate its growing team in Singapore.

Once completed, JustCo at OCBC Centre East and The Centrepoint are expected to house over 2,000 members.

JustCo at The Centrepoint will feature card-free access with Bluetooth capability, allowing members to unlock centre entrances, meeting rooms and private suites via the JustCo App. The in-house café comes equipped with a coffee-making robotic arm, where guests can order and customise their desired drinks. All orders, customisations, and payments will be made through the JustCo app, says the firm.

JustCo will also be relocating its headquarters to The Centrepoint to cater to the company’s growth and expansion, says Brandon Chia, vice president & head of JustCo, Singapore and Indonesia.

“Many large enterprises and corporates have adopted flexible workspace solutions aspart of their business strategy. In the new normal, co-working spaces will remain as arelevant solution for businesses to upsize and right-size their space as and when required,” says Chia.
