Pasir Ris 8, along Pasir Ris Drive 8, is an integrated development that is located at the heart of Pasir Ris Town, adjacent to Pasir Ris MRT and White Sands Shopping Mall. It will be a mix of residential, retail/commercial and a transport hub. Pasir Ris Town will be rejuvenated under HDB’s Remaking Our Heartland (ROH) with the theme “Our Urban Sanctuary – where a Vibrant Community meets Nature”. Nature is a part of Pasir Ris due to its proximity to the seafront and green areas and ROH will focus on the town center, nature and enhancement of community spaces and parks.
Pasir Ris 8 is a 7-block development on a 38,003 sqm land. A total of 487 units will be made available to the public and each block is either ten or eleven stories high. Integrated bus interchange and MINDEF PUDO, retail, Central Greenway, HDB Town Plaza and Drop-off and a Polyclinic Entrance Foyer are located at level 1. Basement 1 and 2 will be car parks and retail; retail units are located at Level 1 and 2 as well. Residential units are on 4th-11th floor.
There will be 92 units of 1-bedroom layout (517-538 sqft), 219 units of 2-bedroom (710-829 sqft), 146 units of 3-bedroom (1,066-1,302 sqft) and 30 units of 4-bedroom design (1,464-1,550 sqft).
